Welcome to Whispering Mountain Farm. WMF has been around for 100 plus years. My
family, personally has only lived here since December 1969 about 36 years. This was before I was born. WHAR is a farm located
in Manheim, Pennsylvania so if your ever in the area just stop by and say "Hello" to the animals they love
company.
A Whispering Mountain Farm use to be a farm that my
family and I use to raise sheep, pigs, chickens, cattle, horses, and a donkey.Besides rescuing animals we are currently raising
and occassionally showing different breeds of sheep and goats. I say occassionally showing because if we show a lot then we
will have no time for our pets and our rescue that we are trying so hard to make offical. We breed our sheep and goats for
temperment, color, and basically a good quality animal. We understand that there is a pet over population so that is why we
do just breed to improve the breed. We do have other animals (most of them are rescued) they include:miniature horses,
chickens, cats, different birds and poultry, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and fish
